MISSION
At My Rehab Answers Foundation, Inc., our mission is to empower individuals to Stay Safe, Stay Home by supporting independence and well-being in the home environment. We provide practical assistance to individuals and caregivers including personalized education and access to educational resources, essential equipment, and home modifications. We strive to enhance safety, mobility, and confidence for people navigating life’s transitions, ensuring that everyone has access to knowledge, tools, and support to live safely and independently at home.
WHAT WE DO:
50/50 FUND
We can help you afford medical equipment or home modifications that will help you stay at home, stay safe. Fill out the application, and you could receive 50% of your out of pocket cost.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
We support and host health fairs and educational talks to promote independence and safe living at home
