I have worked as a physical therapist for the past 20 years across many different areas including acute care, rehab, and home health. I have worked with people with a variety of diagnosis and needs. I noticed many people and caregivers have a lot of questions when they return home from the hospital. I’d like to be an online resource for education and support to help them.

 

I can help in many different ways like, for example, to make your home safer, help with transfer training, equipment needs, how to correctly do exercises, bladder/incontinence management, understanding discharge instructions, and referrals to other healthcare professionals.
