2. Entering the Car:
– Stand with your back facing the car seat.
– Hold onto stable surfaces like the door frame or dashboard for support.
– Slowly lower yourself onto the car seat using your legs and arms to control the descent.
– Swing your legs into the car one at a time, keeping your movements slow and controlled.
3. Exiting the Car:
– Swing your legs out of the car first, placing both feet firmly on the ground.
– Use your arms to push yourself up from the seat, grabbing stable surfaces for support.
