What To Expect During Your First Consultation

You simply connect online through our website to schedule a phone or video consultation session in real-time using a computer, tablet or smart-phone.

Prior to your session, you will receive an email with the secured link or phone number for your session. Our team will be able to meet with you and answer your questions and concerns.

During your session, our team will:

  • Learn and understand your personal rehabilitation goals
  • Go over your last PT session if any
  • Gain understanding of your current rehab plan if any
  • Address past instructions given to you by your provider or PT
  • Listen to your concerns, and answer any questions you may have
  • Give tips on recovery and rehabilitation issues
  • Refer you to other resources if needed
  • Recommend necessary equipment – braces, tape, orthotics, etc
